These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 23baj platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all clauses set out in this document.

General Terms and Acceptance

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Account Registration & Security

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 23baj account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of funds.
Only one 23baj account is permitted per individual and per household address. Where multiple registrations are detected from the same device, IP address, or residential address, 23baj reserves the right to review and close all but the first registered account, and to void any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each wager placed towards the wagering requirement. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed and games played on the 23baj platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the platform.
All bets placed on 23baj are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is only confirmed when a confirmation message is displayed and a unique bet reference number is assigned. 23baj reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, odds errors, or irregular betting patterns.
In the event that an incorrect odds price is displayed due to a technical error or human input mistake, 23baj reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and to cancel or re-settle those bets at the correct odds. For sports betting: if a match or event is abandoned, suspended, or significantly altered (e.g., venue change, format change), 23baj's event-specific settlement rules will apply. The following conduct is strictly prohibited: arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome; use of bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to place bets without direct human input; collusion with other players or external parties to manipulate markets; exploiting live-stream delays to gain an unfair advantage in in-play betting. Any of these activities will result in stake forfeiture, winnings confiscation, and permanent account closure.

Account Suspension & Closure
23baj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts under the circumstances described below. Players may also choose to close their own accounts at any time.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements have been assessed. Following investigation, 23baj may permanently close an account where a serious breach of these Terms is confirmed. If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion from 23baj. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 23baj will notify the account holder at the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the dormant account balance until either the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Reactivation is free of charge and restores full access immediately.
Where an account is closed voluntarily and in good standing, any verified real-money balance will be returned within 5 business days via the player's last used withdrawal method. Where closure follows a breach of these Terms, 23baj reserves the right to withhold the balance pending the outcome of a full investigation. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 23baj's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or related to these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies to all claims whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 23baj, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 23baj is incorporated. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 23baj support shall be referred to binding arbitration.
